The ocean 🙂 The more time I spend breathing in the sea air, the better I feel inside and out. Plus nothing makes me happier than my children’s chubby sandy feet.
Hydration! I have been trying to get in as much water as possible, especially since I have been losing a lot of hydration with the extra heat during my workouts. I spice up my water with mint leaves, cucumber and lemon.
Vitamin D for all.
Family time is so important to me. My two partners in crime, we laugh, we fight, but mostly hug and cuddle.
Rest. I am trying to remind myself to go to bed earlier. It is a work in progress.
